These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of panelyft.com (the "Site"), operated by Pane Lyft LLC ("Pane Lyft," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our free Growth Audit tool, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Pane Lyft is a marketing and growth-systems agency serving window cleaning companies and select home-service businesses. Our services may include Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, lead capture funnels, CRM and pipeline setup, automated follow-up, review generation, website design, and reporting, as described on the Site.
3. Growth Audit, Guarantees & Pricing
The free Growth Audit tool described on this Site provides an automated, informational assessment of your business — it is not a paid engagement and does not constitute professional advice. Any performance guarantee, pricing, scope of work, and refund terms referenced on the Site only become binding once set out in a signed Client Service Agreement between you and Pane Lyft. Nothing on this Site or generated by the Growth Audit tool is itself a binding offer, quote, or guarantee.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Site or its forms
- Submit false or fraudulent information through our forms
5. Phone Calls & Text Messages
If you provide a phone number through our Growth Audit tool, we may call or text you to follow up on your results. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

6. Third-Party Tools
Our Growth Audit tool and CRM are hosted by LeadConnector/GoHighLevel. Your use of that tool is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Pane Lyft name and branding, is owned by Pane Lyft LLC and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pane Lyft LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
